“It won’t turn on” covers a dead battery, a wrong charger, liquid on the board, or a failed SSD. At our Nalagarh counter we diagnose same day when we can; chip-level work takes longer. You speed that up by bringing the right bits and saying what data matters.
Charger, bag, and the real symptom
Bring the original adapter if you have it. A 65 W laptop on a 45 W brick looks like a battery fault. Write whether it clicks, fans spin, or lights up at all. Desktops: include the monitor cable that was in use.
Data first, then parts
If invoices or Tally live on that drive, say so before we open the case. We quote imaging or drive pull separately from board repair. A full motherboard swap without a backup is how a repair becomes a crisis.
Chip-level vs board swap
Minor power rails and connectors we often fix on the bench. Soldered CPU / RAM failures on thin ultrabooks may mean a board — we tell you before ordering. Brand warranty still applies if the seal is intact; we will not void it without your OK.
AMC vs walk-in
Machines under a Digitech office AMC jump the queue for diagnosis; spare parts are still billed unless the plan says otherwise. See laptop & desktop repair or walk in at Himuda Colony.
