How it works

  1. Our staff log into Admin Area and upload a utility (for example DC Print or UltraViewer).
  2. The file is published with a short description and size.
  3. You open Customer Area and download anything marked Ready.

Typical tools you may see

  • DC Print — printing helpers for cloud / remote desktop sessions
  • UltraViewer / AnyDesk / TeamViewer — remote support when we need to join a session with you
  • Diagnostic utilities — safe collectors that speed up repair triage

Safety tip

Only download tools from digitechhp.com (or packages our engineer hands over in person). If a slot shows “Coming soon”, ask support — do not grab random installers from search results.
